Refund policy

Please note that we are a small business that makes everything in small batches by hand, therefore your candle or pot may not be perfect in colour, and some changes to scent are expected among batches.

I will accept the return of an unused product within 14 days of purchase.

Once I have received the returned item, I will process a full refund (excluding shipping). Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds unfortunately.
